About 6 months ago I purchased this small drawer unit at IKEA, and it took me 4 months to get up the courage to tackle putting it together, as I am a little phobic about something going wrong and being really upset. So I avoided this task until I really, really needed this assembled to store some new beads that I had been buying at local shows.
Then yesterday, again at IKEA, the same Alex was on sale, because it is being discontinued(?), or replaced by a taller version. So I BOUGHT ANOTHER ALEX!!!!! I will not wait 4 months to assemble this one. It will replace 2 plastic drawer units that are becoming too full. Now there will be 2 Alexes to hold most of my growing bead collection. And it looks so professional next to my salvaged desk, and newly bought executive chair, from where else, but Goodwill. I probably spend more on beads and findings than I spent on this furniture. For certain.
